Across 6 structured sessions, we explore what it means to care for yourself in a way that actually works for you.

What the course covers (and why it matters)

Across 6 sessions, we explore the key areas that most impact neurodivergent wellbeing—gently building your understanding of yourself and what you need to feel more balanced and supported in everyday life.

We begin by looking at the bigger picture of neurodivergence and wellbeing, helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels validating and grounded.

From there, we move into different aspects of self-care — including physical, emotional, and social — exploring why these can be particularly challenging, and how to approach them in ways that are realistic and sustainable for you.

We also spend time on boundaries, helping you understand what they are, why they matter, and how to begin holding them with more confidence and clarity.

As the course progresses, there’s space to reflect on your relationships, your needs for connection and authenticity, and the ways you may have adapted or masked in the past.

Towards the end, we bring this learning into your working life — exploring how to better support yourself, advocate for your needs, and create environments that feel safer and more aligned.

Throughout, the focus is on helping you develop practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a more compassionate understanding of yourself.

 

A Safe, Structured Space

Each session follows a predictable structure, with clear timings, practical exercises, group discussion (participation is optional) and grounding techniques to help you leave feeling settled

And throughout the course there’s a strong emphasis on:

  • safety
  • choice
  • respect
  • and going at your own pace

Emily is a BACP-accredited counsellor and certified coach specialising in burnout, trauma, and late-diagnosed neurodivergence.
