Living Well with Autism and ADHD course
Make sense of your diagnosis—and learn how to support yourself in real life
Getting a diagnosis can feel like a turning point.
For some, it brings relief. For others, confusion. And for many, it leaves a lingering question:
“What do I actually do with this now?”
This course is designed to help you answer that.
Not with overwhelming information—but with understanding, practical tools, and space to begin building a life that works for you.
What This Course Is About
This is a structured, supportive course designed to help you understand your neurodivergence in a deeper, more meaningful way.
Together, we explore how your brain, body, emotions, and environment interact—and why things may have felt more difficult, exhausting, or confusing than expected.
Rather than trying to “fix” anything, the focus is on helping you:
– understand your needs
– reduce overwhelm
– develop ways of living that feel more sustainable and supportive for the long term
What We’ll Cover
Across six sessions, we gently explore the areas that most impact neurodivergent wellbeing.
This includes:
– understanding why burnout, overwhelm and fatigure are so common
– exploring realistic and achieveable physical and self care options
– learning how to protect your energy and put better boundaries in place
– developing awareness of emotional patterns, triggers and regulation tools
– understanding social and relationship needs
– understanding work and the impact of your work environment
– building self confidence and advocacy skills
– developing authenticity
You won’t be expected to share anything you’re not comfortable with—but there will be opportunities for reflection
